Are There Consultation Fees?We offer complimentary consultations for alterations when you choose to move forward with the alteration service. However, if you decide not to proceed with the alteration, an in-store fee ranging from $50 to $100 will apply.

Are there refunds once the alterations have begun?There are no refunds once we have started the alteration process and your alteration fee will need to be paid in full.

The preservation process includes specific cleaning and reparation methods, as well as time-proof packaging measures. So, preserving is the best option if you want to store your dress for a period of time. Ultimately, a preserved wedding dress will avoid yellowing, oxidized stains, and fungi growth that may otherwise occur over the years.

Helpful RemindersPlease limit perfume and makeup for fittings, something about white fabric and makeup just doesn't mix, and can be very difficult to remove X Please try not change scheduled appointments. My calendar fills up really fast, especially during peak season, March - October. Please note availability is limited because I strongly believe in quality over quantity, and keeping the work at its highest possible standards Maintaining personalized time for each fitting is key to providing you with the best possible service.

When to begin alterations?First fittings should be booked 8-10 weeks in advance

What happens at the first fitting?We will establish our timeline and cost estimate, and discuss everything that needs to be done to your gown to make it feel like home.

When is the payment due?We require the payment in the first fitting.

What do I need to bring?The dress of course! Plus anything you plan to wear on your special day, including shape wear or undergarments and especially your shoes. I won't be able to set the hem without them.

When does my dress go home with me?At the final appointment.
